Expertisegroep Constitutioneel Eczeem
De behandeling van constitutioneel eczeem (CE) is complex en schiet niet zelden tekort. Middels verschillende initiatieven, zoals het Nationaal Constitutioneel Eczeem Project (NCEP), de onlangs modulair herziene richtlijn ‘Constitutioneel eczeem’, de geplande revisie van de NHG-Standaard ‘Eczeem’ en de ontwikkeling van zorgmodules door de Nederlandse Vereniging van Huidtherapeuten (NVH), wordt gestreefd naar verbetering. Overeenkomstig met deze initiatieven beschrijven wij in dit artikel de stapsgewijze topicale behandeling van patiënten met CE. Dit artikel is bedoeld als een praktische vertaling van de modulair herziene richtlijn ‘Constitutioneel eczeem’ en het NCEP voor alle zorgverleners die betrokken zijn bij de zorg voor patiënten met CE.
